We are a small company dedicated to the production of coffee through the conservation, preservation, protection and use of sustainable practices that positively impact the environment and customers by providing quality in our products.

PLANTING, CARE AND FIELD

In our farm, each coffee bean reflects our dedication and respect for nature. We prioritize environmental conservation through sustainable agricultural practices, such as agroforestry and water conservation. These methods improve coffee quality and protect biodiversity. By choosing our coffee, you support a responsible production that combines quality and environmental protection.

MICRO-COFEE MILL AND HARVESTING

In the production of our coffee, we implement sustainable practices that make a significant difference compared to traditional methods. First, we hand-pick only the ripe beans, which ensures the quality of the product. We then recycle the water used in the washing process, achieving a considerable reduction in consumption, saving approximately 600 liters per day. This practice not only conserves a vital resource, but also reduces the associated environmental impact.

Our coffee is sun-dried in sustainable greenhouses, where these techniques help us guarantee both the quality of the product and a lower environmental impact.

LORING SMART ROASTER

We roast all of our coffee in a Loring Smart Roast S35 Kestrel, the most environmentally friendly commercial roasters available. Loring toasters use 80% less energy and emit 80% fewer emissions than a comparable standard toaster, and recycling the hot air from the toaster drum eliminates the need for an afterburner.
