How can I create an account?

If you are a new customer, go to the "My Account" option located at the top of the screen, then enter the requested information under the Registration section. 

How can I log in to my account?

If you are already a returning customer, click "My Account" located at the top of the screen and enter your email and password.

How can I recover my password?

Go to the "My Account" option and click on "Forgot Password?"

How can I update my account information?

Log in to your account and go to your profile, in the "Account Details" section, you can edit your personal information and shipping address.

Purchases and payments

How can I make a purchase if it's my first time?

Making a purchase at Café Rana Azul is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Select the products you want to buy and add them to the cart.
  2. Click on the cart in the menu bar, and if you have finished shopping, select "Checkout".
  3. If it is your first purchase and you haven't logged in, you will need to fill in your billing and shipping information at this step.
  4. Then proceed with the payment and shipping method.
  5. After reviewing your information, choose your payment method and complete your purchase.
  6. If you have problems, you can make the order via WhatsApp at 8394-1010, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

What forms of payment are accepted?

  • Credit or debit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard).
  • Transfers to Banco Nacional and BAC.
  • Sinpe mobile at 8394-1010 in the name of Beneficio Rana Azul.

Is my card number secure on the website?

Our web site has a secure server at the time you make a purchase or enter information. All of our users' data is protected against unauthorized access and the information you provide is encrypted before it is sent over the internet. In case you do not want to enter your card, you can send us a message to WhatsApp at 8394-1010 to place your order.

How do I know if my purchase was made correctly?

Once you complete your purchase on our website, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email, which will include all important information: order number, product details and price, payment method, shipping information and, if applicable, shipping cost. This email also serves as your purchase receipt. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us through our customer service on WhatsApp at 8394-1010.

Café Rana Azul ships throughout Costa Rica via Correos de Costa Rica, and offers free personal deliveries in the following areas:

Thursday Delivery:

Mora: Colón, Guayabo, Tabarcia, and Quitirrisí

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping for areas within the GAM is ₡1921 IVAI and areas outside the GAM is ₡2660 IVAI, for shipments of more than one kilo has an additional, in the case within the GAM is ₡1000 and outside the GAM the additional is ₡1000.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
